I purchased a Kubota RTV-X and a 14ft utility trailer from Crystal in Tallahassee. The salesman was Austin Perry. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to purchase to go see Austin. Austin went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. After talking with Austin on the phone a few times concerning the deal, I could have bought the Kubota at a dealership closer to home. Because of Austin's hard work and dedication, I drove farther to Crystal in Tallahassee to purchase. When I decided to buy the trailer, I was looking at the inventory at a trailer dealership. I bought a new Mahindra 5145 tractor. My salesman, Rob Ihle, was very personable and helpful. I did not need any financing so we just had to sign the papers and set up delivery. All went well, tractor runs great with many extra features that my old 40 year old tractor did not have. I would recommend looking into the Mahindra line as it do not have a re-gen system, also, looking into dealing with Rob and the folks at the Spring Hill store.

Craig and his technicians maintain my unit correctly which is what I expect, the bonus is they get it done fast!

We were heading down the road pulling our fifth wheel camper and had blown a tire. My husband called the store to ask if we could bring our spare over to add some air. They said "No problem ". My husband was rolling the tire to the store and to our surprise, Matt was heading towards him with a Kabota utility vehicle. Matt took our tire to the shop, put air in it and a plug! Then, he graciously takes my husband and the tire back to our camper and helped him put it on. The road was extremely busy and I was stressed about crazy drivers. Wanted to give a shoutout to Mr. Barfield at the Kubota dealer in Cairo, I visited the store to get answers about my L3301 tractor shutting off. Mr. Barfield advised me that there was more issues than just bad filters. He walked me through the process of how to check the flow of fuel on my tractor and what to look for..

He told me I would find that there would be possibly and insect or trash in the separator, sure nuff there I found a piece of plastic in the elbow exactly where he advised.

The right front hub was leaking on my little 4x4 Kubota, so I called the local dealer. After speaking with them I decided to pursue other options and asked a couple of my friends, that also own Kubota's, where they did business. Neither of them hesitated when they suggested Cairo. Now I know full well why. The first time I called I spoke with the service manager. He took the time to look everything up and provided me with a parts and labor breakdown, schedule, and other information I didn't know I needed. The next person I spoke to was the parts manager and he truly went above and beyond the call to insure we were talking about the same parts, providing pictures and listening intently. He also took my information and mailed me the parts, I believe that same day. When I took the tractor apart, I ran into an issue so the next morning I carried the disassembled hub to Cairo. I was cheerfully greeted by two people before the door closed and promptly greeted at the counter. The gentlemen I had spoken to previously looked everything over, showed me why I had the issue, (yes, I felt a little stupid), so I suggested that they reassemble the hub. They gave me a quote and said they would call when it was ready. Early the next morning I received the call and went to pick it up. It was ready, the cost was exactly as quoted, and again the provided me with information I didn't realize I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience. Great people, more than willing to go above and beyond the call to insure you are well taken care of. Highly Recommended!!!
