The SEPPI S7 avs is a professional offsetting flail mulcher designed for precise vegetation control on embankments, roadsides, ditches, and agricultural land. With its hydraulically adjustable side offset and tilting capabilities, it adapts to challenging terrain and reaches even the most difficult areas with ease. S7 avs effortlessly mulches grass, brush, and woody material up to 7?cm in diameter, delivering a fine and uniform mulch result. Thanks to its hydraulic side shift and hydraulic positioning from +90° upwards to -60° downwards, the mulcher adapts easily to any terrain — perfect for steep slopes or hard-to-reach areas. With a generous side extension of up to 146?cm from the tractor’s center, the S7 avs reaches a working position of up to 371?cm to the right of the tractor axle. The dual FLOAT suspension system ensures optimal ground adaptation, even on angled terrain. Inside, a robust triple-HELIX rotor with self-sharpening flails provides smooth operation, consistent cutting quality, and reduced power consumption. Two rows of hardened, replaceable COUNTER CUTTER blades further improve mulching precision by finely shredding the material. The housing is built from high-strength S420 steel and reinforced in high-wear zones with an internal WEARPLATE for long-lasting durability. The 4D height-adjustable roller offers precise cutting height control, reliable ground contact, and excellent stability even on uneven terrain. In the event of collisions, the patented FLEX-SAFE impact protection system allows the mulching head to pivot backward up to 25°, protecting the frame and ensuring uninterrupted operation. The SEPPI S7 avs combines intelligent engineering, rugged construction, and maintenance-friendly design to deliver a mulching solution that’s reliable, efficient, and ready to perform in any terrain.
