The MICROSOIL rc is a small yet robust stone crusher designed for radio-controlled tracked vehicles or mini loaders with 30–80 HP. Originally developed for building mountain bike trails, this lightweight stone crusher is also the perfect tool for creating and maintaining hard-to-reach paths. The attachment is capable of crushing stones up to 15 cm (6'') in diameter and working up to 10 cm (4'') deep into the soil. When combined with a radio-controlled crawler, this compact stone crusher is ideal for use in hilly terrain and even mountainous regions. Safety features such as front chains and a rear rubber guard with flaps enhance protection during operation. For depth adjustment, the height-adjustable skids are tapered at the sides, allowing precise material guidance. The housing is made of high-strength, wear-resistant AR400 steel and equipped with replaceable wear plates. Its robust construction and stone-crushing tools, similar to those used in heavier tractor-mounted machines, ensure a long service life. The MICROSOIL rc is equipped with a powerful M-BOOST series motor with a displacement of 60–80 cm³. This motor features automatically regulated displacement and delivers 40% more torque than standard motors. The CARBONCHAIN gear belt ensures efficient transmission of high torque for demanding applications. The fixed, wide tools are fitted with two tungsten carbide tips and inserts, while the outer tools have additional lateral inserts. The carbide material makes these tools highly effective for crushing hard rock. For smooth operation, the fixed tools are arranged in a helical pattern on the rotor. To determine the degree of crushing, the rotor housing includes two AR400 steel crushing bars and an adjustable anvil.
